Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessment
Anderson performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and the follow-up Phase II work, with its Phase I page aimed at Utah property purchases and development. The firm is licensed in seven states, but its Phase I page describes Utah work, so if your property is elsewhere, ask whether the environmental team staffs it.
