Track Record
Creekside publishes a volume figure most firms of its size do not: over 600 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, 200 Phase II ESAs and 200 hazardous-materials assessments in the last 20 years, for private and public clients.
That ratio is the useful part. Roughly one in three of its Phase 1 engagements progressed to a Phase II, which is a reasonable proxy for a firm that works on genuinely complicated sites rather than routine clean parcels — and it means the same team can carry a recognized environmental condition into subsurface investigation without a handoff to another consultant.
The firm has been named to the Portland Business Journal’s Private 100 list six times since 2002, most recently in 2016, and has done pro bono environmental work for Habitat for Humanity since 2001.

Typical Cost in Creekside Environmental's Markets
Benchmark ranges for a standard commercial parcel in the states this provider covers, so you can sanity-check a quote before you request one. These are market figures, not this firm's rates — it publishes none.
| State | Phase 1 ESA |

| Oregon | $2,300–$5,175 |
Ranges reflect state cost indices applied to national base pricing. Acreage, property type and the Table A items your lender requires move the final figure more than geography does — the cost calculator accounts for those.
