Native Survey works the Coastal Bend region of South Texas rather than the state at large, and names the counties it covers: San Patricio, Nueces, Aransas, Refugio, Jim Wells, Live Oak, Kleberg and Bee. For an ALTA survey that specificity is worth more than a broad “Texas” claim — the surveyor’s familiarity with a particular county recorder’s practice and the local monument record is usually what decides whether the plat comes back clean the first time.
The firm handles tracts from a single city lot up to farm and ranch acreage, which in this part of Texas is a genuine range: an ALTA on a multi-thousand-acre ranch is a different undertaking from a downtown Corpus Christi parcel, and not every surveyor does both.
