That is a civil and transportation engineering practice with a survey arm, and the federal work suggests public-sector infrastructure rather than commercial property transactions.
ALTA/NSPS is not mentioned anywhere we can find: not on the homepage, not on eight candidate service pages, and not in any of the 600 archived URLs the Wayback index holds for this domain.
Of the provider rows reviewed in September 2026 this is the weakest ALTA claim on the site. The right-of-way and boundary experience is real and relevant to a survey, but if you need an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey for a lender, confirm they perform them before proceeding.
Where the capability genuinely overlaps
Two lines on that menu do matter to a title survey, so this is not a firm with no relevant skill.
Right-of-Way Design is the discipline behind the exceptions that give ALTA surveys the most trouble. A commitment thick with rights of way and easements is the single least predictable driver of survey cost and schedule, because each one has to be read, located where locatable, drawn and keyed. A practice that designs right-of-way for a living reads those documents quickly. How they reach the drawing is covered in Schedule B exceptions on your survey.
LiDAR and sUAS/drone capture bear directly on Table A Item 15, which the 2026 ALTA/NSPS standards rewrote around imagery. Features away from the boundary may now be shown from imagery, but only where the surveyor has agreed the source in writing with the client beforehand and discloses source, date and precision on the plat. A firm flying its own missions has one less subcontractor in that conversation.
Neither of those makes it an ALTA provider. They are reasons the answer might be yes when you ask.

Two of those are directly relevant to an ALTA survey rather than adjacent to it. Legal description and title research is the part of the process that most often stalls a survey — the surveyor needs Schedule B exception documents plotted, and a firm that does the research in-house is not waiting on a third party to interpret them. Terrestrial and aerial LiDAR changes what is economic on large or obstructed sites, where conventional fieldwork hours are the cost driver.
The firm states its staff track current boundary law to keep surveys compliant with prevailing ordinances — worth confirming for the specific jurisdiction, since that is where ALTA surveys most often need rework.
